Return and exchange of goods

Exchanging purchased footwear for a different size is FREE in our store.

To request a free exchange, please contact us at sklep@botimo.pl or by phone: +48 534 428 836. We will check size availability and provide a special free shipping code for your return.

If the purchased footwear does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days, and we will refund your money to the specified bank account. All returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving the package. Please complete the return/exchange form that was included in your package or download the form from our website (download link below).
All footwear purchased in our store is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of sale. To file a complaint about purchased footwear, first send us photos of the defect/damage via email to sklep@botimo.pl, with the subject line "COMPLAINT." This will significantly speed up the review process. Send the claimed footwear back to us along with the complaint form.

We do not accept packages sent "cash on delivery" or those sent to parcel lockers. Please use www.wygodnezwroty.pl.

  1. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 30 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs specified in point 8.8 of the Terms and Conditions. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry. The withdrawal statement can be submitted, for example, in writing to the address: Stanisław Dolny 312A, 34-130 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska; or electronically via email to: sklep@botimo.pl.   2. A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also available in point 11 of the Terms and Conditions. The consumer may use the form template, but it is not mandatory.
  3. The withdrawal period begins: for a contract where the Seller delivers a Product and is required to transfer ownership (e.g., a Sales Agreement) – from the moment the consumer or a third party other than the carrier takes possession of the Product. In the case of a contract that: (1) covers multiple Products delivered separately, in batches, or in parts – from the moment of taking possession of the last Product, batch, or part; (2) involves the regular delivery of Products for a specified period – from the moment of taking possession of the first Product; for other contracts – from the date of conclusion of the contract.
  4. If a consumer withdraws from a distance contract, the contract is considered null and void.
  5. The Seller is obliged to refund all payments made by the consumer, including the cost of Product delivery (except for additional costs incurred due to a delivery method other than the cheapest standard shipping option available in the Online Store), immediately and no later than 30 calendar days from the date the consumer's withdrawal statement was received. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless the consumer agrees to a different method that does not incur additional costs. If the Seller has not offered to collect the Product from the consumer, they may withhold the refund until they receive the returned Product or proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
  6. The consumer must return the Product to the Seller or hand it over to an authorized person without delay, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of withdrawal, unless the Seller has offered to collect the Product. To meet the deadline, the Product must be sent before the period expires. The Product may be returned to the following address: Stanisław Dolny 312A, 34-130 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.
  7. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
  8. Possible costs associated with withdrawal from the contract that the consumer must bear: If the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest available option, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product. In the case of a service that was started before the withdrawal period expired at the explicit request of the consumer, the consumer must pay for the service provided up to the withdrawal date. The amount payable is calculated proportionally based on the extent of the service provided in relation to the total agreed price or remuneration.
  9. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts: (1) for service provision if the Seller has fully performed the service with the explicit consent of the consumer; (2) where the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the Seller's control; (3) for non-prefabricated Products made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized needs; (4) for perishable Products or those with a short shelf life; (5) for sealed Products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening; (6) for Products that, after delivery, are inseparably combined with other items; (7) for alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of contract conclusion, but delivery can only take place after 30 days, and the price depends on market fluctuations; (8) where the consumer explicitly requested an urgent repair or maintenance visit; (9) for sealed audio or visual recordings or computer software that were opened after delivery; (10) for newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements; (11) concluded at a public auction; (12) for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rentals, catering, or leisure-related services if the contract specifies a date or period of service; (13) for digital content not stored on a physical medium if the service started with the consumer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period expired.
  10. PROVISIONS CONCERNING ENTREPRENEURS
  11. This section applies exclusively to business customers.
  12. The Seller may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
