2. How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders placed and paid for from Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. If the order has already been sent, you will need to receive it and then return it following the instructions in the Returns and Exchanges section.

4. My payment attempt failed, how can I pay for my order?

If you are experiencing issues with online payments, you can pay via a traditional bank transfer.

5. How to choose the right size?

We select size charts individually for each product in our store.
Before purchasing, we recommend measuring your foot according to the instructions below and then comparing the result with the values in the size chart. The values shown are approximate and correspond to the maximum foot length of the buyer.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT

1. Prepare a clean sheet of paper and a pen.

2. Place your foot on the sheet of paper and trace around it.

3. Measure the distance from point A to point B (the two furthest points of the outline).

4. Compare your result with the values in the selected size chart. The values reflect the maximum foot length of the buyer.


GOOD TO KNOW
If you choose the wrong size, you can exchange it or return the order for free. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the Returns and Exchanges section. If you wish to exchange an item, you can create a new order in our store while processing the return.

3. Can I schedule my order to be delivered on a specific date?

Yes, in this case, please fill in the "additional remarks" field when placing your order.

4. What are the delivery hours?

InPost couriers deliver parcels on business days between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. InPost parcel lockers operate 24/7, allowing you to collect your parcel at your convenience.

5. Will the courier call before delivery?

Couriers usually call before delivery, but we cannot guarantee this – they are not obligated to do so. For InPost parcel lockers, you will receive an email and SMS notification once the package is ready for pickup.

6. What if the package is damaged upon delivery?

If your package is damaged, please fill out a damage report with the courier and contact us.

1. How to return a product?

You can return products for free via szybkiezwroty.pl. If you choose another return method, you will need to cover the shipping costs yourself.

3. Can I exchange a product?

No, if the product does not meet your expectations, you need to return it and then place a new order for the item you want.

4. How long does it take to process a complaint?

We have 14 days from the receipt of your return to process the complaint. We will notify you of our decision via email.

Our local shoemakers use high-quality natural leather from Poland and the European Union.

2. Where is BOTIMO footwear manufactured?

BOTIMO shoes are made in the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska area in Poland, entirely in local shoemaking workshops with a high degree of handcraftsmanship.
